Deputy Commissioner, Hojai, In pursuance of the Govt Notification issued by Finance Department vide No FIF.99/2020/Pt-III/39 dated: 20.8.2020, the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Hojai intends to hold a Walk-in-Interview to select 2 (Two) candidates for the posts of SVAYEM SAHAYAKs on contractual basis for a period not exceeding 6(six) months under the Re-SVAYEM scheme of the Govt of Assam in order to assist the DLCIC in the process of beneficiary identification, selection and coordination in the capacity building of the beneficiaries.

3. Monthly Remuneration : Fixed Pay of Rs.25,000.00 per month

Eligibility: The candidates must be a permanent resident & currently residing in the state of Assam.
Essential Qualification and Experience:
a) Graduate in any stream from any University recognised by the Govt or a degree equivalent thereto
and recognised by the Govt with Certificate of one year Computer Diploma Course.
b) The preference will be given to those candidates who has experience in working in rural development/
SHG/Skill development etc.
c) Good oral and written communication skills in Assamese and English language.
Age: Minimum 21 years as on 01.04.2020 & not more than 35 years of age on the day of the advertisement.
Remuneration: Fixed pay of Rs. 25,000.00/- month without any TA/DA other allowance.
Functions of the SVAYEM SAHAYAK:
a) To assist the DLCIC in the process of beneficiary identification, selection and coordination in the
capacity building of the beneficiaries.
b) To update details of the beneficiaries in the designated web portal.
c) The SVAYEM SAHAYAK will function directly under the control and supervision of the Deputy
Commissioner, Hojai.
Selection Process:
a) Shortlisted candidates will be selected through Viva-voce and practical Computer test to be held on
05.11.2020 at the Conference Hall , Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Hojai, Sankardev Nagar.
b) Interested eligible candidates may attend the interview as per above mentioned scheduled with all
their original certificates/mark sheets with self attested photo copy of each of it and 2 (two) recent
passport size photographs along with the updated Standard Application Form as published in the
Asssam Gazette in part-IX.
c) No TA/DA would be provided for attending interview.
d) The candidates not fulfilling eligibility criteria would not be considered for selection process.
Terms & Conditions:
a) The engagement of SVAYEM SAHAYAK is purely temporary and initially for minimum period of 6(six)
months only.
b) The engagement is scheme specific. Hence payment of remuneration will be subject to the release of
fund from the Govt of Assam.
c) The engagement may be terminated without assigning any reason thereof or if the perfromance of the
incumbent is found to be not satisfactorily.
d) The engagement does not confer any right on the SVAYEM SAHAYAK for any future engagement/
regularisation of such engagement under regular Govt establishment by virtue of his/her performing
duties as a temporary appointee.
