Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE), Assam has been published its 2nd Provisional Merit List 2022 on 13th April 2022. Candidates who have applied for DEE LP and UP Teachers Vacancy for  Assistant Teacher of LP Schools and Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, Assamese Language Teacher and Manipuri Language Teacher of UP Schools cn now check its 2nd Merit List.

DEE LP and UP Teachers Merit List Release Date

The Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam has released its LP and UP Merit list up 2nd list. the 1st DEE LP and UP Merit List has been released on 1th March and the 2nd DEE LP and UP Merit List has been released on 13th of April 2022.

Both the Merit List are available to download at the DEE offiical website https://dee.assam.gov.in.

Instructions to Candidates Regarding DEE LP UP Merit List:

➢ Following instructions are made regarding DEE LP UP Merit List 2022. Candidates need to follow this instruction set vigorously.

• ◉ Any adverse report resulting from the ongoing Back-Office verification of the uploaded documents, from the competent issuing authorities, regarding fake or forged documents submitted by the candidates, will automatically lead to cancellation of candidature forthwith as mentioned in the advertisement.
• ◉ The Provisional Merit List/s will automatically stand canceled on publication of the Final Select List. Appointment letters will be issued only to the candidates whose names appear in the Final Select List.
• ◉ Any claim for appointment on the basis of Provisional Merit List/s will not be entertained.
• ◉ The candidates who are kept withheld in the Provisional Merit List will have to attend Physical Document Verification from 23.03.2022 to 30.03.2022.

• ◉ The detailed schedule, venue and time will be notified on the website of DEE, Assam, i.e. https://dee.assam.gov.in on 21.03.2022 midnight.

• ◉ The candidature of the candidates who fail to attend the Physical Document Verification will be cancelled forthwith.

• ◉ A dedicated Grievance Redressal Cell will be available in the document verification venue during the period as mentioned above and hence the candidates are informed not to visit the office of the Director, Elementary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 for any reason in respect of the Provisional Merit List/s.

Other Important Points:

• ◉ The candidates must attend the Physical Document Verification along with all relevant original documents and a photocopy set of the same with self-attestation.
• ◉ The candidature of the candidates who fail to attend the Physical Document Verification till the last date fixed will be canceled forthwith, without any further notice.
• ◉ A dedicated Grievance Redressal Cell will be available in the document verification venue during the period mentioned above and hence the candidates with any grievances are informed to visit the venue on any of the above dates. Therefore, the candidates with any grievance in respect of the Provisional Merit List are also informed not to visit the office of the undersigned for such reason.
